Role Overview
Crowd Gloria Saloon and Spa is looking for a creative and passionate Senior Hair Stylist to join our elite team in Doha. We pride ourselves on delivering premium beauty transformations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern hair trends, exceptional technical skills, and a “customer-first” mindset to ensure every client leaves feeling their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Excellence: Perform professional hair services including precision cutting, advanced coloring (Balayage, Ombre, Highlights), and chemical treatments (Keratin, Botox).
- Consultation: Provide expert advice on hair care, styles, and color options based on client face shapes and hair health.
- Client Retention: Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and personalized follow-ups.
- Product Knowledge: Recommend and sell premium retail hair care products to meet salon sales targets.
- Hygiene & Standards: Maintain a pristine workstation and follow strict sterilization protocols for all tools.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in a high-end salon or spa environment.
- Portfolio: Must be able to showcase a portfolio of work (Instagram handle or digital lookbook).
- Skills: Expert-level knowledge of color theory and hair-straightening techniques.
- Communication: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Punctual, fashionable, and able to work in a high-energy team environment.
