Role Overview
Al Mansour Suites Spa is seeking a skilled and dedicated Spa Therapist to provide world-class wellness treatments to our esteemed guests. Located within the heart of Doha, our spa is committed to relaxation and rejuvenation. We are looking for a professional who excels in various massage techniques and body treatments while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Treatment Excellence: Deliver a variety of spa services, including Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, and body scrubs/wraps.
- Guest Consultation: Evaluate guest needs and medical histories to recommend the most suitable treatments and ensure a safe, relaxing experience.
- Ambiance Management: Prepare and maintain treatment rooms according to five-star standards, ensuring cleanliness and a soothing environment.
- Product Promotion: Educate guests on skincare products and wellness routines, contributing to retail and service goals.
- Safety & Hygiene: Strictly adhere to health and safety regulations, including the proper sanitization of all equipment and tools.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a luxury hotel spa or high-end wellness center.
- Certification: Valid certification or diploma in Massage Therapy or Cosmetology is required.
- Communication: Good command of English; ability to communicate warmth and professionalism.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of anatomy and various international massage modalities.
- Attitude: A calm demeanor, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to punctuality.
