Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premier supershop in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, managing inventory, and leading a diverse team to meet sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate floor staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage quality control for fresh and packaged goods.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor daily sales, manage budgets, and implement strategies to reduce wastage and loss.
- Compliance: Ensure the store meets all Qatar health, safety, and labor regulations.
- Customer Experience: Resolve customer complaints professionally and maintain a clean, organized shopping environment.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in a supermarket or large-scale retail outlet.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a significant advantage.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and basic MS Excel for reporting.
- Availability: Must be currently residing in Qatar with a transferable visa or open to relocation to Doha.
